Hi, I’m Kay Hyle. I’ve been a licensed realtor since 2008 and I help families like yours find the perfect home.
Buying or selling a house can be exciting… but also stressful. My job is to relieve the stress and take care of the details for you… so you can focus on finding a house that feels right and suits your needs.
Primarily I focus on communities on the south side of Houston such as Clear Lake, Friendswood, League City, Kemah, Seabrook, Dickinson, La Porte, El Lago and Taylor Lake Village.
As a licensed realtor, I have what’s called a “fiduciary responsibility” to my clients. That means if you’re my client, I will always act in your best interest. No secrets, no hidden deals. I work for you…not the other realtor or buyer or seller or Mortgage Company.
I work with all types of buyers from couples buying their first home to growing families in need of more space and empty-nesters looking to downsize. All of my clients get the same expert care and attention to detail whether you’re looking for a million-dollar mansion or a $100,000 starter home.
Besides first-time home buyers, I especially like helping people who work in service to others such as current and former military, police, firefighters, nurses and teachers. Be sure to ask about my “Heroes discount” which will be applied to your closing costs.
